About Danielle

Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you are considering it for the first time. Whether you already have a clear idea of what you hope to gain from therapy or are still exploring what that might look like, I am here to support you through the process. You don’t need to have everything figured out before getting started—what matters most is your willingness to take the first step. You are welcome just as you are, and we will move forward together at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in meeting clients where they are in the present moment. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process that honors your unique experiences, insights, and preferences. Together, we will identify your goals and integrate evidence-based interventions that align with your needs and values.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship and attachment challenges, parenting concerns, communication difficulties, self-esteem, and women’s issues. My primary area of specialization is addiction and dual diagnosis, and I am trained in EMDR to support trauma processing and recovery.

As your therapist, my goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where healing and personal growth can occur at your own pace. Together, we will explore what recovery and wellness mean for you and develop a path forward that feels authentic, empowering, and sustainable.
