About Danielle

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you are first considering it. Whether you already have a sense of what you’d like from therapy or you’re still sorting that out, I'm here to support you. You don’t have to have all the answers before getting started—what matters is that you’re ready to begin. You’re welcome just as you are, and we can take it one step at a time. My approach to therapy is grounded in meeting you where you are in the present moment. I believe in working collaboratively, honoring your insights and preferences, and integrating evidence-based interventions that align with your goals.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, ADHD, trauma, relational difficulties, attachment issues, parenting, communication challenges, self-esteem, and women’s issues. My primary specialization is in addiction and dual diagnosis, and I am trained in EMDR.

As your therapist, I aim to provide a non-judgmental and supportive space where healing and growth can happen at your pace. Together, we’ll explore what recovery and wellness mean for you and build a path that feels authentic and sustainable.
